Softball Recap: North Comes Up Short

North lost to Kapaun Mt. Carmel back in April of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The RedHawks lost 11-1 to the Crusaders. The game marked the RedHawks' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Ana Amador was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one stolen base and one run. She has been hot recently, having posted three or more hits the last three times she's played.

North's loss dropped their record down to 8-2. As for Kapaun Mt. Carmel, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-4.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Crusaders beat North by a score of 18-4 later that day.
