Soccer Game Preview: Praise Academy vs. Trinity Christian

The Praise Academy Lions will take on Trinity Christian on Tuesday. One thing working in Praise Academy's favor is that they have posted at least four goals in their last three matchups.

Praise Academy is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They won by a goal and slipped past Killian Hill Christian 4-3. The final result isn't all that surprising considering Praise Academy's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 172nd, while Killian Hill Christian are ranked 386th).

Meanwhile, Trinity Christian kept a clean sheet against Lafayette Christian on Friday. They had just enough and edged out the Cougars 1-0. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but Trinity Christian was the better team in the second half.

The victory made it two in a row for Trinity Christian and bumps their season record up to 6-9-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those two contests. As for Praise Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 11-0.

Praise Academy got the 'W' when the teams last played back in April of 2025 against Trinity Christian by a conclusive 7-0 score. Do the Lions have another victory up their sleeve, or will Trinity Christian turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
