Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 42-21 back in September.

When it comes to explaining why Loudon lost, don't look at Levi Russell. Despite the final result, he rushed for 115 yards. Russell's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 103 rushing yards.
A big part of Stone Memorial's victory came down to the chemistry between Noah Potter and his top target Kadyn Page. Potter threw for 177 yards and five TDs while Page picked up 112 receiving yards and three touchdowns. That's the most receiving touchdowns Page has posted since back in October of 2024. AJ Vandever handled things on the ground, rushing for 111 yards.
Loudon has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-6 record this season. As for Stone Memorial, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-1.
