It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Mandeville had no problem doing just that on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 48-27 margin over the Thibodaux Tigers. The Skippers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matchups by 21 points or more this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Mandeville and bumps their season record up to 7-4. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 45.0 points over those games. As for Thibodaux, their loss ended a seven-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 8-3.
