Basketball Game Preview: Green Level Gators vs. Heritage Huskies + How To Watch

The Green Level Gators will head out to challenge the Heritage Huskies at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Green Level fought the good fight in their overtime matchup against Wakefield on Wednesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell 56-50 to the Wolverines.

Despite the defeat, Green Level got top-tier performance from Garrett Midkiff, who went 7-for-13 on his way to 22 points. Midkiff is also on a roll when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 50% in the last four games he's played dating back to last season. Another player making a difference was Andrew Schall, who shot 44% from the field en route to 16 points and five boards.

Meanwhile, Heritage suffered their closest loss since February 7th on Friday. They fell just short of Leesville Road by a score of 82-80. The defeat continues a trend for the Huskies in their meetings with the Pride: they've now lost three in a row.

Heritage now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Green Level, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
