Plainwell has gone 6-1 against Vicksburg recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Trojans will square off against the Bulldogs at 6:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Plainwell has four straight victories, Vicksburg has four straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the pitch.

Plainwell's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed back in March. Everything went their way against Hastings as they made off with a 9-0 win. Plainwell might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three contests by three goals or more this season.

Meanwhile, in Saturday's Canine Competition, Vicksburg had to take the L. They fell just short of Portage Northern by a score of 3-2 on Saturday.

Vicksburg's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5-1. As for Plainwell, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.

Plainwell came out on top in a nail-biter against Vicksburg in their previous matchup back in May of 2025, sneaking past 2-1. Do the Trojans have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bulldogs turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
