Ridgeline is 8-2 against Sky View since April of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Riverhawks will square off against the Bobcats at 3:00 p.m. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Ridgeline 3.9, Sky View 3.6) so any runs scored will be well earned.

Ridgeline is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They beat Hurricane by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 6-2. The win continues a trend for the Riverhawks in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won six in a row.

The team relied heavily on Kylie Jorgensen, who went 2-for-4 with three stolen bases and two runs. Another player making a difference was Jerzee Jensen, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI, one run, and one double.

Meanwhile, Sky View sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with an 11-9 victory over Tooele on Friday.

Brylee Andrus was incredible, firing off two home runs, five RBI, and one double while going 3-for-4. Those five RBI gave her a new career-high. Teagan Batt was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two runs, two RBI, and one double.

Sky View's win bumped their record up to 23-7. As for Ridgeline, their victory bumped their record up to 22-9.

Ridgeline might still be hurting after the 7-0 defeat they got from Sky View when the teams last played back in April. Can the Riverhawks avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
