Volleyball Recap: St. James Comes Up Short

St. James was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Edgerton Flying Dutchmen.

While St. James ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 19 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-19.

St. James' loss dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Edgerton, their victory ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-8-1.

St. James has already played their next matchup (against Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Edgerton, they have also already played their next game, a 2-1 defeat against Madelia on the 20th.
