Rutgers Prep waltzed into their match on Saturday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They put the hurt on the Immaculata Spartans with a sharp 3-0 win. The Argonauts have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Spartans, too.

While Rutgers Prep won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-22, 25-14.

Rutgers Prep's victory bumped their record up to 13-2. As for Immaculata, their loss was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-2.

Coming up, Rutgers Prep will head out to take on Delaware Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Immaculata, they will venture away from home to face off against Bound Brook at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
