Mineral Point came tearing into Saturday's matchup with seven straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Bangor Cardinals by a score of 2-0. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 2-0 victory on Friday.

Brynn Swenson paced Mineral Point's offense, picking up nine kills. Swenson got some help from Sadie Miller and her ten assists. Maddy Kabat controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Mineral Point's win bumped their record up to 19-3. As for Bangor, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-10.
