Jackson is a perfect 10-0 against Hoover since September of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Polar Bears will head out on the road to challenge the Vikings at 6:45 p.m. The two teams are strolling into their matches after big wins in their previous games.

On Thursday, Jackson made easy work of Lake and carried off a 3-0 victory.

One reason for the win was Jackson's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-12, 25-11.

Meanwhile, Hoover waltzed into their contest on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Everything went their way against the Bulldogs as they made off with a 3-0 win.

Hoover's got stronger as the match went on, holding Green to fewer and fewer points set over set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-17, 25-8.

Jackson's victory bumped their record up to 11-5. As for Hoover, their win bumped their record up to 13-3.

Jackson beat Hoover 3-1 in their previous meeting on September 9th. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Polar Bears since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
