Football Game Preview: Our Lady of Mount Carmel vs. Annapolis Area Christian

Annapolis Area Christian have been homebodies their last two matches, but they are heading out on Friday. They will square off against Our Lady of Mount Carmel . The teams both are out to turn their luck around after having lost tight contests in their previous games.

Annapolis Area Christian were the first on the board but had to settle for second at the end of their matchup against Concordia Prep last Saturday. It was close but no cigar for Annapolis Area Christian as they fell 22-24 to Concordia Prep. Things were expected to be close, but in this case the state rankings mixed up the winning team.

Meanwhile, it's always hard to lose, and it's even harder to lose by a single point. Just ask Our Lady of Mount Carmel, the unfortunate recipient of a 21-22 defeat at the hands of St. John's Catholic Prep. This makes it the second defeat in a row for Our Lady of Mount Carmel.

With the two teams each stumbling in off of a loss, both will be hungry for the win. We'll see which team satisfies their hunger and which team leaves with an empty stomach.
