Volleyball Recap: Gilchrist Comes Up Short

Gilchrist was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 15th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the North Lake Cowboys, falling 3-0. The Grizzlies were not able to make up for their defeat to the Cowboys from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Gilchrist's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for North Lake, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Gilchrist will square off against Prospect at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North Lake, they will venture away from home to square off against Umpqua Valley Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
