Softball Recap: Atlantic City Takes a Loss

Atlantic City fell victim to Holy Spirit and their airtight pitching crew on Sunday. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 15-0 to the Spartans, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Vikings just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Atlantic City now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Holy Spirit, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-2 record this season.

Atlantic City has already played their next game, an 11-8 defeat against Millville on the 14th. As for Holy Spirit, they will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Our Lady of Mercy Academy at 2:30 p.m.
