Softball Game Preview: Monrovia Wildcats vs. Temple City Rams

Monrovia hasn't had much luck against Temple City recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Monrovia Wildcats will be playing in front of their home fans against the Temple City Rams at 3:30 p.m.

The home team had come away the winner the last three times Monrovia and La Canada had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. Monrovia lost 9-2 to La Canada on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Temple City made easy work of San Marino on Tuesday and carried off a 17-10 win. The result was nothing new for the Rams, who have now won four matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.

Temple City pushed their record up to 4-5 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 10 runs. As for Monrovia, their loss dropped their record down to 2-7.
