Volleyball Recap: Jasper Wins Going Away Against Ramsay + How To Watch

Jasper won the last time they faced Ramsay and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Vikings blew past the Rams 3-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Vikings.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Jasper took every set by at least 14 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-6, 25-11, 25-6.

Peyton Preston was the offensive standout of the match as she had six digs and five aces. Those five aces gave her a new career-high. Millie Oliver also deserves some recognition as she had her first kill of the season.

They weren't the only good server: Jasper was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 18 aces. That's the most aces they've managed all season.

Jasper's win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Ramsay, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Jasper didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Pelham on the 4th. As for Ramsay, they will take on Hueytown in a tournament on Saturday.
