Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln is headed into Friday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their 13th straight game dating back to last season on Tuesday. The game between them and Stevens Point didn't end well, with Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln falling 62-44. While losing is never fun, the Red Raiders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 387th, while the Panthers are ranked 105th).

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for D.C. Everest, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They walked away with a 59-51 win over Merrill on Tuesday.

D.C. Everest is also on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-6 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.0 points per game. As for Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln, their loss dropped their record down to 0-11.
