Football Recap: Amity Takes a Loss

Amity had lost five straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Friday they dropped down to 3-6 to make it six. They had to suffer through a 42-8 loss at the hands of the Dayton Pirates. While losing is never fun, the Warriors can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oregon football rankings (they are ranked 129th, while the Pirates are ranked 43rd).

As for Dayton, the win keeps them at an undefeated 9-0. The result was nothing new for the Pirates, who have now won seven matchups by 27 points or more so far this season.

The critical scores for Dayton came from Bryce Wilson, Stephen Macias, Makoy Fleeman, Ryan Mullins, Taylr Miller, and Kolby Wofford.

As of now, neither Amity nor the Pirates have any future games scheduled.
