Soccer Game Preview: Sageview vs. Chiawana

The Sageview Lobos will venture away from home to face off against the Chiawana Riverhawks at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Sageview's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for nine straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Sageview fell victim to Hermiston and their airtight defense on Thursday. They fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 1-0.

Meanwhile, it may have taken extra minutes to finish the job, but Chiawana ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. They beat Southridge by a goal, winning 1-0. The victory was familiar territory for Chiawana, who have now won three matches in a row.

Sageview's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Chiawana, their win bumped their record up to 8-2-1.
