Calhan won the last time they faced Crowley County and things went their way on Saturday too. The Bulldogs narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Chargers 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bulldogs.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Calhan got the one that really mattered. The final score came out to 25-19, 23-25, 15-9.

Savannah Stewart paced Calhan's offense, picking up ten kills. Stewart got some help from Aubrie Waugh and her 13 assists. Kaitlyn Gettner controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Calhan's victory bumped their record up to 10-11. As for Crowley County, their loss dropped their record down to 8-13.

Calhan wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Kim/Branson on the 1st. As for Crowley County, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Florence on the 1st.
