Basketball Recap: Eastbrook Academy Comes Up Short

Eastbrook Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 22nd straight defeat dating back to last season. They were outmatched by the Cambria-Friesland Hilltoppers and fell 81-31. While losing is never fun, Eastbrook Academy can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 514th, while Cambria-Friesland is ranked 246th).

Eastbrook Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-21. As for Cambria-Friesland, they are on a roll lately: they've won 15 of their last 16 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-4 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Cambria-Friesland beat Eastbrook Academy by a score of 81-31 on Tuesday.
