Theo Brown gave up the fewest hits he has since back in April of 2024 on Saturday. Jefferson had no answer to Brown as he tossed six innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. Brown has become a key player for Middle Park: the team is 2-1 when he allows at most three earned runs, but 3-6 otherwise.

Brown's strong effort led Middle Park over Jefferson and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.
