Basketball Recap: Pine Forest Finds Home Court Redemption Against Cary

There's no place like home for Pine Forest, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They came out on top against the Cary Imps by a score of 48-40 on Tuesday.

When it comes to explaining why Cary lost, don't look at Riley Garner. Despite the final result, she dropped a double-double with 19 points and 13 rebounds. Thanks to that strong game, Garner now owns an excellent 46.3% shooting accuracy. Samiyah Adams also deserves some recognition as she posted her first block of the season.

Pine Forest now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Cary, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

Looking ahead, Pine Forest will challenge Cape Fear at 6:00 p.m. on December 4. As for Cary, they will take on Jordan at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
