Soccer Recap: Knightdale Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Knightdale was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They lost 9-0 to the Heritage Huskies. While losing is never fun, Knightdale can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 419th, while Heritage are ranked 43rd).

Knightdale's loss dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Heritage, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 12-2-5.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Knightdale is set to take on their familiar foe East Wake at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Heritage will challenge rival Wake Forest at 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
