Etiwanda has gone 9-0-1 against Los Osos recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Etiwanda Eagles will host the Los Osos Grizzlies at 6:00 p.m. The two teams each escaped with close wins against their previous opponents.

Etiwanda is headed into the game having not lost since December 27 and will look to keep things rolling. They won by a goal and slipped past Upland 2-1. Given the Eagles' advantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 18th, while the Highlanders/Scots are ranked 97th), the result on Friday wasn't entirely unexpected.

Los Osos got their first taste of in-conference action this week and they started things off strong. They skirted past St. Lucy's 2-1. The score was all tied up 1-1 at the break, but the Grizzlies were the better team in the second half.

Los Osos' victory bumped their record up to 6-7-2. As for Etiwanda, they are also on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-2-2 record this season.

Etiwanda was able to grind out a solid win over Los Osos in their previous meeting back in January of 2024, winning 2-0. Does Etiwanda have another victory up their sleeve, or will Los Osos turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
