Volleyball Game Preview: Sentinel Spartans vs. Glacier Wolfpack + Official Tickets

The Sentinel Spartans will take on the Glacier Wolfpack at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Glacier took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Sentinel, who comes in off a win.

While Sentinel's win against Flathead wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Spartans had just enough and edged out the Braves/Bravettes 3-2 on Tuesday. The victory continues a trend for the Spartans in their matchups with the Braves/Bravettes: they've now won nine in a row.

The home team had come away the winner the last five times Glacier and Hellgate had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Wolfpack lost 3-0 to the Knights on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Wolfpack have suffered since October 2nd.

The final score came out to 25-18, 25-19, 25-16.

Sentinel's win bumped their record up to 9-7. As for Glacier, the loss snapped their winning streak at three matches and leaves them with a 7-17 record.

Sentinel took their victory against Glacier when the teams last played back in September by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Spartans repeat their success, or do the Wolfpack have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
