Notre Dame Academy had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Everything went their way against the Bowling Green Purples on Friday as they made off with a 3-0 win. The victory was familiar territory for the Pandas, who have now won eight contests in a row.

Grace Portwood paced Notre Dame Academy's offense, picking up 11 kills. Portwood got some help from Lizzy Larkins and her 17 assists. Finally, Audrey Dyas kept Notre Dame Academy's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.

Notre Dame Academy's win bumped their record up to 31-7. As for Bowling Green, they moved to 38-4 with that loss, which also ended their 16-match winning streak.

Notre Dame Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against North Oldham on the 8th. Bowling Green does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
