Football Recap: Rehobeth Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Rehobeth had lost five straight at home dating back to last season, but on Friday they dropped down to 1-3 to make it six. They took a blow against the Wetumpka Indians, falling 49-18. If the Rebels were looking for revenge after losing 34-19 to the Indians when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

As for Wetumpka, they moved to 2-3 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for they considering their six-point performance the contest before.

Leading Wetumpka to victory were Charles Skipper and Jordan Hill. Skipper threw for 251 yards and five touchdowns, while Hill rushed for 160 yards and a pair of TDs on only 12 carries. Those 160 rushing yards gave Hill a new career-high. Kaleb Ballard was Skipper's top target, picking up 60 receiving yards and a pair of scores.

Looking ahead, Rehobeth will host Cottonwood at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Wetumpka, they will venture away from home to face off against Eufaula at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams might be coming in a bit winded given these two teams combined for 1,004 yards in their previous games.
