Volleyball Recap: Minnetonka Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Minnetonka dropped to 20-8 on Thursday, ending the team's three-match streak of wins at home. They fell just short of the Eden Prairie Eagles by a score of 3-2. Skippers fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Eagles since Thursday.

As for Eden Prairie, their victory ended an eight-match drought on the road and puts them at 10-19. The game was the first time they have beaten Minnetonka on their court since September 24, 2022.

Avery Jensen had an outrageously good game as she had 23 digs and three aces. What's more, she posted five assists, the most she's had since back in August of 2024. Sophia Kuechle was another key player, getting seven digs and three aces.

Minnetonka does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Eden Prairie, they will head out to take on Prior Lake at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
