The Strathmore Spartans came up short against the Templeton Eagles on Friday and fell 45-37.

Strathmore's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Templeton, they pushed their record up to 4-0 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Strathmore will welcome Tulare Western at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Templeton, they are taking a road trip to face off against Coalinga at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
