It's playoff time, and Woods Cross had no trouble coming through when it counted. They put the hurt on the Pleasant Grove Vikings with a sharp 3-0 victory on Thursday. The Wildcats are really starting to get used to good results now that the team has won 19 straight.

Avery Poulton paced Woods Cross' offense, picking up 14 kills. Poulton got some help from Zamari Christensen and her 28 assists. Sarah Robison controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Woods Cross' win bumped their record up to 29-1. As for Pleasant Grove, with the loss, they broke their 11-match winning streak and moved their record to 19-10.

Woods Cross has already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against Skyline on the 30th. As for Pleasant Grove, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Fremont on the 30th.
