Burroughs fought the good fight in their extra-innings matchup against Bell on Saturday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 3-2. The contest marked the Bears' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Burroughs moved to 11-2 with that defeat, which also ended their ten-game winning streak. As for Bell, their win was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-2.

Muir will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Burroughs surely won't give up without a fight. As for Bell, they will take on Huntington Park at 2:00 p.m. on Monday.
