Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last contest, Burlington Christian Academy made sure to put some goals up on the board against The Burlington School on Monday. Everything went their way against the Spartans as they made off with a 6-3 victory. The score was close at the half, but the Royals pulled away in the second half with three goals.

The win got Burlington Christian Academy back to even at 1-1. As for The O'Neal School, the victory also got them back to even at 1-1.

The O'Neal School took their win against Burlington Christian Academy in their previous meeting back in May of 2023 by a conclusive 3-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for The O'Neal School since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
