Basketball Recap: Wylie's Loss Ends Three-Game Winning Streak on the Road

Wylie lost against Jim Ned back in November and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Wylie Bulldogs fell to the Jim Ned Indians 40-36.

Wylie's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-4. As for Jim Ned, their victory was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 16-1.

Wylie and Jim Ned should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings. Wylie (ranked 44th) will meet Permian (ranked 803rd) at 2:30 p.m. on Friday. Similarly, Jim Ned will challenge San Angelo Texas Leadership Charter Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday up 1,166 places (20 vs. 1186).
