Andrew Cavender gave up the fewest earned runs he has since back in May of 2024 on Tuesday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits over five innings pitched. He also allowed no hits, which is notable because Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill is undefeated when he allows at most two hits, but 3-6 otherwise.

Coming up, Cavender and Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill will challenge Trinity Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
