Baseball Recap: Independence Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Independence's offense. They came up short against the Princeton Panthers on Friday, falling 9-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Knights have suffered since February 28, 2025.

Independence's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coming up, Independence will be taking part in a tournament against Lake Dallas at 12:15 p.m. on Saturday. As for Princeton, they will head out to challenge Liberty at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
