Volleyball Recap: Bushnell-Prairie City Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Bushnell-Prairie City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 16th straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Farmington Farmers. If the Spartans were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Farmers when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-20.

Caroline Spangler paced Bushnell-Prairie City's offense, picking up three kills. Spangler got some help from Brynlee Beekman and her two assists. Finally, Jayden Johnson kept Bushnell-Prairie City's defense grounded, leading the team with five blocks.

Bushnell-Prairie City's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Farmington, their win bumped their record up to 2-6.

Coming up, Bushnell-Prairie City will challenge Abingdon/Avon at 7:00 p.m. on the 23rd. Farmington has already played their next match (against Macomb), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
