Swartz Creek came tearing into Wednesday's game with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.7 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Linden Eagles 9-3. The result was nothing new for the Dragons, who have now won six matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Swartz Creek's victory bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Linden, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season.
