Basketball Game Preview: Otto-Eldred Terrors vs. Northern Potter Panthers

Otto-Eldred is a perfect 10-0 against Northern Potter since January of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Otto-Eldred Terrors will host the Northern Potter Panthers at 7:00 p.m.

Last Friday, Otto-Eldred lost to Coudersport on the road by a 46-27 margin.

Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Carrie Drummond, who went 5-for-10 en route to 14 points. She is also on a roll when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy, as she's posted one of at least 44% in the last three games she's played. Jahden Smith was another key player, putting up four points and five boards.

Meanwhile, Northern Potter won against Williamson last Saturday with 47 points and they decided to stick to that point total again last Monday. Northern Potter put the hurt on Galeton with a sharp 47-24 victory. The win was nothing new for the Panthers as they're now sitting on three straight.

Northern Potter's victory bumped their record up to 11-8. As for Otto-Eldred, their defeat dropped their record down to 20-4.

Otto-Eldred beat Northern Potter 40-27 in their previous meeting back in January. Does Otto-Eldred have another victory up their sleeve, or will Northern Potter turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
