Soccer Recap: Southeast Polk Comes Up Short in High-Profile Matchup with Woodward-Granger

Southeast Polk faced Woodward-Granger in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Rams fell just short of the Hawks by a score of 2-1. Southeast Polk haven't had much luck with Woodward-Granger recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Southeast Polk's defeat dropped their record down to 11-10-2. As for Woodward-Granger, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-3-4.

As of now, neither Southeast Polk nor the Hawks have any future games scheduled.
