Volleyball Recap: Warrenton Comes Up Short

Warrenton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Fort Zumwalt North Panthers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in April.

Warrenton was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Fort Zumwalt North work for it, especially in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 25-12, 25-16.

Warrenton's loss dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Fort Zumwalt North, their win bumped their record up to 10-14-2.

Warrenton does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Fort Zumwalt North, they will take on Orchard Farm at 5:15 p.m. on Monday.
