Flag Football Recap: Twiggs County Comes Up Short

Twiggs County fell victim to Rutland and their airtight defense on Thursday. They came up short against the Hurricanes, falling 21-0.

Twiggs County's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Rutland, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Twiggs County will host Claxton at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Tigers will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Cobras surely won't give up without a fight. As for Rutland, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Westside at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
