Football Game Preview: Lindenwold Lions vs. Middle Township Panthers

The Lindenwold Lions will face off against the Middle Township Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Neither Lindenwold nor Middle Township posted many points in their last games, so it might be the defenses that decide this one.

Lindenwold made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Holy Cross, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Lions fell just short of the Lancers by a score of 15-12 on Friday. The Lions have struggled against the Lancers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Middle Township's offense. They took a blow against St. Joseph on Friday, falling 41-0. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey football rankings (they are ranked 301st, while the Wildcats are ranked 144th).
