Football Recap: Highland Park Wins Going Away Against Atchison + How To Watch

Highland Park hadn't done well against Atchison recently (they were 0-4 in their previous four matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Scots blew past the Phoenix 42-18. The result was nothing new for the Scots, who have now won three matchups by 24 points or more so far this season.

Dontrail Fox continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, throwing for 191 yards and three touchdowns on only ten passes, while also rushing for 45 yards and one score. That's the most passing touchdowns he has posted since back in September of 2024. Ghoni Montgomery helped out on the ground, rushing for 85 yards.

When it comes to explaining why Atchison lost, don't look at Jeremiah Thompson. Despite the final result, he picked up 89 receiving yards and one TD, and also punched in one score on the ground.

Highland Park's record now sits at 4-2. As for Atchison, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-3.
