Soccer Game Preview: Riverdale vs. Parlier

The Riverdale Cowboys will head out on the road to face off against the Parlier Panthers at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Riverdale will be looking to extend their current seven-game winning streak.

Riverdale is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. Everything went their way against Sierra on Tuesday as Riverdale made off with a 14-0 victory. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Cowboys with their most commanding win of the season.

Meanwhile, Parlier hasn't lost a match since January 14th, a trend which continued in their latest game on Tuesday. They walked away with a 4-2 win over Fresno Christian. The score was all tied up 2-2 at the break, but the Panthers were the better team in the second half.

Parlier has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a massive bump to their 13-9-1 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 36 goals over those seven games. As for Riverdale, they pushed their record up to 16-5-2 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home.
