Southern Academy dropped down to 6-4 on Friday, ending the team's four-game streak of wins. They fell 25-14 to the Patrician Academy Saints. While the Cougars didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Saints 6-0 in the first quarter.

As for Patrician Academy, the win keeps them at an undefeated 10-0. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 42.5 points this season.

Patrician Academy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Remington Faile, who rushed for 195 yards and two scores. Those 195 rushing yards gave Faile a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Jackson Lindsey, who gained 96 total yards and two touchdowns.

Southern Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Patrician Academy, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Edgewood Academy at 7:00 p.m.
