Wallkill had lost three straight on the road, but on Thursday they dropped down to 4-6 to make it four. They fell just short of the Red Hook Raiders by a score of 10-9. Even though they lost, the Panthers' still made a splash at the plate and bumped their average scoring up to 6.2 runs per game (they're now ranked -1th in scoring overall).

Mason Franklin was huge while hitting and pitching even without the win. On the mound, he pitched 3.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Furthermore, he didn't allow a single earned run, the first time he has blanked an opponent since back in May of 2025. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with two runs and one RBI.
