Softball Recap: Como-Pickton Takes a Loss

Como-Pickton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost an 11-10 heartbreaker at the hands of the White Oak Roughnecks.

Como-Pickton's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for White Oak, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-5-1 record this season.

Como-Pickton didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 15-2 win against Leon on the 1st. As for White Oak, they will square off against Jefferson at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
