Soccer Recap: East's Undefeated Season over After 13 Games

East was the 3-0 winner over Olympus when they last played one another back in March, but their luck changed this time around. The Leopards fell just short of the Titans by a score of 2-1 on Tuesday. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as East came into the game with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Utah soccer rankings (they are ranked first, while Olympus are ranked 58th).

Having lost for the first time this season, East fell to 12-1. As for Olympus, the win snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 3-8 record.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. East will face off against Highland at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. East are facing Highland at the right time seeing as Highland are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Olympus, they will square off against West at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
