Basketball Recap: Oasis Christian Lions vs. Four Corners Coyotes
Oasis Christian extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to five on Thursday, dropping them down to 0-4. They were outmatched by the Four Corners Coyotes and fell 79-35. The Lions lost against the Coyotes in their previous head to head back in January of 2022, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 54-43 score last time.

Justin Linares and Yebriel Perez certainly did their best on Thursday to avoid the loss. Linares posted 22 points and eight rebounds, while Perez scored five points along with 13 boards and six blocks. Perez is crushing it when it comes to boards: he's pulled down at least nine every time he's taken the court this season.
